After installing the engine and propeller, the next step is to fabricate the fiberglass cowling that will cover the nose of the engine. This was a lot of work and spanned January – May 2025. It comes roughly shaped by the kit manufacture and there is a LOT of trimming, sanding, and fine adjustments to get it installed properly. I’m pretty happy with the results and was definetely ready to move on after completing this section.
